Artist's Comments

Claudio as the Crowing and Ambellina. I tried to really capture the Messiah vibe by using, interestingly enough, images of the Greek God Apollo. Also I think I took the Crowing bit a little too literally, but I always imagined him with at least one wing. Can't say the "Dune" movie ever did it for me, but I always really dug the style of Paul Atreides' armor, so I definitely drew on that for Claudio's threads. The scene itself is really right before everything falls apart during "The Willing Wells", so it's sort of the whole calm before the storm. Hope everyone likes it, and criticism is always much appreciated.

I can see the Apollo similarities he has. The wavy hair and the expression he's wearing. Greek gods don't smile all that often do they?

The armor rocks I have to say. Very very cool. Looks really great on the character. The wing suits him well. I like how it's really huge. Big wings make more sense when on humans cause of mass and all...

The girl is really quite beautiful. Blue skin beings tend to be actually...hee. I like how compared to Claudio, she's dressed very simplistic.

I think it's great how you draw hair. x3

Awesome coloring as usual, especially on the metal. Background is really appropriate and well done.
Personally I find that Claudio's proportions are a bit off in the neck area-- the muscle mass and the length of the neck look a bit strange together--, and his left leg looks a bit off in the angle.

your very welcome ^^ and i know what you mean. i'm taking life drawing in college now, and it definitely helps alot. if you have it available to you i highly recommend it just for the experience. your a very good artist, and it could only make you better :)
